Idea et praxis. Liberation Theology versus Activity and Doctrine of the Catholic Church

Yamandú Acosta

inicjal„>The article focuses on the paradigmatic essay of José Martí “Nuestra América” published for the fi rst time in “La Revista Ilustrada”, New York, January 1º of 1891. I am defending here its condition of a revolutionary program valid and still current in the XXI century. The novelty of the theses resides in the consideration of this program like a “transmodern” perspective and prospective from and for our America and for all the World which elucidate the conditions for the realization of a concrete universalism included in its declared purpose “for the peace of the centuries”.
