The Contemporary Relevance of Aristotle’s Philosophy

The article is an extensive review on the presence of Aristotelian inspirations in 20th century philosophical thought. Th e fact is that Aristotle’s texts has been carefully read by thinkers belonging to different traditions, e.g. the hermeneutic and the analytical ones. The relevance of the Aristotle doctrines is remarkable also in philosophical debates such as the so called Mind-body problem, or bioethical discussion, and even in the works of prominent biologists, economists, etc.
